Student Service Offices

  • Office of Registrar:The Office of Registrar is responsible for maintaining student records, managing course registration, issuing transcripts, and ensuring compliance with academic policies and regulations. They assist students with enrollment, handle graduation procedures, and provide support for various administrative processes related to student academic life.
  • Office of Controller of Examinations: The Office of Controller of Examinations oversees the administration of examinations and assessments. They coordinate exam schedules, manage exam logistics, distribute papers, and ensure the integrity and fairness of the examination process. This office also handles the publication of results and supports academic departments in implementing assessment strategies.
  • Office of Cultural Affairs: The Office of Cultural Affairs promotes and supports cultural activities within the institution. They organize events, performances, and exhibitions that celebrate diverse cultures, foster artistic expression, and enrich the cultural experience of students, faculty, and staff. This office also collaborates with external organizations to bring cultural programs to the campus community.
  • Office of Placement & Alumni: The Office of Placement & Alumni assists students in their transition from academia to the professional world. They provide career counseling, job placement services, and organize job fairs and networking events. This office also maintains a strong connection with alumni, facilitating mentorship programs and fostering alumni engagement.
  • Office of Sports: The Office of Sports oversees sports and recreational activities within the institution. They organize intercollegiate sports events, manage sports facilities, and support student athletes. This office promotes physical well-being, teamwork, and sportsmanship, and encourages participation in a wide range of sports and fitness activities.
  • Office of Students Affairs: The Office of Students Affairs provides support services to enhance the overall student experience. They assist with student orientation, manage student clubs and organizations, and provide resources for personal and academic development. This office also handles student grievances, counseling services, and ensures student well-being and engagement.
  • Office of Medical Center: The Office of Medical Center offers healthcare services to students, faculty, and staff. They provide medical consultations, manage health records, and offer preventive care and treatment for various health issues. This office also promotes health awareness through educational campaigns and works in collaboration with external healthcare providers.
Academic Consultation and Mentoring

Academic Consultation and mentoring are unique methods of supporting students to improve their learning and leadership skills, motivating them towards their future career and professional development. At AIP faculty members are also serving as role of a mentor/counsellor for students. Faculty counselling hours are posted on the office door of the faculty members, and in addition it is also available to student Virtual University Expert System (VUES) portal. The standard allocation is twenty (20) hours per week for academic counseling and mentoring. This scheme is available for all students, regardless of religion, race, color, age, disability, nationality, marital status, sexual orientation including gender identity.

Accommodation Facilities for AIP Students

AIP is currently outsourcing the student accommodation facilities in nearby areas to the campus. Separate male and female dormitories are maintained at the outsourced premises with modern facilities and under strict supervisions. AIP Daycare Facilities

As a part of its commitment to the university community, the AMDA Institute of Professionals (AIP) always strives to create an environment that enables its students and employees to pursue their educational and professional goals at the university. Childcare is an integral part of parenthood but is also a challenge to manage when it comes to full-time students or working parents. Hence, the AIP Daycare Facility is an initiative geared towards providing a form of support to the students and employees, who have children and face the difficulties of having to care for them during their study/work hours, enabling them to be able to balance both their children’s responsibilities and study/work obligations. The Daycare facility is a safe and secured place for the children to learn, play and grow, giving the parents a peace of mind to pursue their education or careers, knowing that their children are also a part of the AIP family and are being well taken care of.
